Welcome to Otter Nurseries, Lymington
Situated to the west of Lymington on the A337 the site was formerly the Government Horticultural Research Station in Efford and became part of the Otter family in 2002.
We are a gardener’s garden centre with a large seasonal selection of trees, shrubs and bedding plants, a broad range of gardening products and accessories and a friendly and knowledgeable team on hand to help.
Along with ample free car parking and a relaxed shopping atmosphere, our cosy coffee shop has indoor and outdoor seating and a fabulous reputation for freshly cooked meals, snacks and drinks. Wheelchair friendly access throughout.

Charity of the Year
We’re pleased to support Scarf New Forest as our Charity of the Year for 2025.
Scarf is a parent-led charity based in the New Forest, Hampshire. They organise regular term-time and holiday activities for children and young people with additional needs or disabilities, along with their families. The children they support have a wide range of additional needs and Scarf’s approach is to not just meet the needs of the children, but also recognise the impact on the whole family.
