Part-Time Customer Service Assistant

Location: Wincanton, Somerset, BA9 8HA

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton.

This is a part-time role, working 4 days a week in our Giftware & Clothing department.

Requirements

Duties will include:
  • Using the tills
  • Helping customers with product enquiries and taking orders
  • Using your detail knowledge of the products in your department to increase sale
  • Ensuring products layout is maintained to high standards
  • Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries
  • Merchandising stock in line with company guidelines
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Be computer literate including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have warehouse experience including picking and packing of stock
  • Be a strong team player
  • Be able to work on your own using your initiative
Please note: This role will involve heavy lifting.

Hours

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
9am – 5pm
(29 hours)
