Customer Service Assistant (Plants)
Location: Wincanton, Somerset, BA9 8HA
We are recruiting for a Plants Customer Service Assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton.
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic person to join us in our Retail team, working primarily in the Plant department, and other areas when needed.
This is a part-time role, working 4 days a week, including Saturdays.
Requirements
Duties will include:- Helping customers with product enquiries in both Hardy and Bedding Plant areas
- Ensuring high standards of quality are maintained at all times in the plant area
- Work deliveries as they arrive
- Assisting with stock control and stock ordering
- Helping customers with specific plant queries when asked
- Reviewing and relaying seasonal layouts
- Working on the tills
- Supporting the team leader
- Be self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
- Be a strong team player
- Have excellent customer service & communication skills
- Able to work on your own using your initiative
Hours
This is a permanent part-time role (25 hours), working 4 days a week to include one day at the weekend.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 10am – 5pm
