Chef

Location: Ottery St Mary, EX11 1LZ

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our busy garden centre restaurant in Ottery St Mary. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly kitchen environment with a strong daytime trade and a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

Duties will include:
  • Preparing and cooking fresh meals to a high standard
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy restaurant kitchen
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Working as part of a team to deliver excellent service to our customers
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience working in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Good organisational and teamwork skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and pride in producing quality food

Hours

Full time, permanent position.

39 hours a week.

Working 5 days per week, including 1 day at the weekend.

No split shifts.
