Part-time Customer Service Assistant (Clothing & Giftware) – Wincanton

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to work in our busy Clothing and Giftware departments at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton.
This is a part-time role working 4 days a week.
Requirements
Duties will include:
- Using the tills
- Helping customers with product enquiries and taking orders
- Using your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase sales
- Ensuring product layout is maintained to high standards
- Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries
- Merchandising stock in line with company guidelines
Please note this role will involve heavy lifting.
About You:
- Have excellent customer service & communication skills
- Be computer literate including Excel and PowerPoint
- Have warehouse experience including picking and packing of stock
- Be a strong team player
- Able to work on your own using your initiative

Hours
This is a permanent role to work 4 days per week.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am – 5.45pm & Sunday 10am – 4.45pm.
