We are recruiting for part-time Customer Service Assistants/Till Operators to work at our Ottery St Mary garden centre. This is a seasonal role working on Sundays during our busy Christmas period.

You will be working in the retail till area where you would use your customer service skills to help the team deliver excellent service to all our customers, and work closely with the team to maintain high standards in a very busy area of the business.

Requirements

Duties will include:

  • Helping customers with product enquiries
  • Stock replenishment
  • Operating a till
  • Pricing of stock
  • Supporting other areas of the business

Please note this role will involve some heavy lifting

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be a strong team player and be able to work alone
  • Have very high standards of work
  • Have good presentation skills for displaying stock on sale to customers

Hours

1 day a week on Sundays, 10:30am to 4:30pm
