We are looking for a Full time Retail Team Leader to support the Branch Manager with drive and energy to lead and drive the business to the next level of success.

You must enjoy surpassing customers’ expectations and relish the challenge of retail.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years Supervisory and Retail Commercial experience
  • Excellent Customer service & communication skills with good verbal and listening skills
  • Support the Branch Manager in leading the team to maximise sales and to deliver excellent customer service
  • To manage a trading department to ensure all targets are achieved, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Have excellent people management skills, developed in a busy and demanding environment
  • Delivering excellent standards as a way of working
  • A strong team player
  • Demonstrate an ability to plan and manage a busy retail
  • Be a self motivated and enthusiastic team leader and member
  • Ensure that the product layout is maintained to high standards
  • Merchandise stock in line with Company guidelines
  • Drive sales through the use of data, trends and resources and delivering high visual standards
  • Be responsible for stock control which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries
  • Help Customers with product enquiries and taking orders
  • Computer literacy including excel
This role will involve heavy lifting.

Hours

The role is Full time, 39 hours per week working:

Monday 9.15am-6.00pm, Tuesday 7.15am -4.00pm, Thursday 9.30am- 5.45pm, Friday 9.00am -5.45pm and every Sunday 9.00am -4.45pm.
